Please refer to the instructions on this page when populating the CSV file.

How to use this feature

  1. Download our CSV template file. If the file does not download automatically, right-click on the link and select “Save link as…”.

  2. Open the CSV file in your normal spreadsheet application (eg: Microsoft Excel).

  3. Populate the spreadsheet, completing a new row for each quote required (please do not edit or remove row 1, which has the column names). You can add up-to 30 rows (additional rows will just get ignored).  Please refer to the guide opposite when populating.  Once you have populated the CSV file, save it.

  4. Click the “Choose File” button opposite (where it says “Upload your completed CSV file..”). This will open a file browser. Find and select your populated CSV file, and click “Open”.

  5. Click the “Upload” button.

  6. You should then receive an email and quotation reference for each of the rows in your CSV file, and your quotations will be ready for you to view and approve in our customer portal shortly after that.

Column Title Guide/instructions
A Departing from The address where you’d like to be picked-up from. Please include a postcode if known. Please do not exceed 40 characters.
B Going to The address of the destination. Please include a postcode if known. Please do not exceed 40 characters.
C Group size How many people need transporting. Please enter a single integer value only, eg: “30”.
D Return or single Please enter either “Single” (for a one-way journey) or “Return” (for a return journey).
E Departure date (DD/MM/YYYY) The date you wish to depart. Must be in “DD/MM/YYYY” format and must be a date in the future.
F Departure time (00:00) The time you wish to depart. Must be in “HH:MM” format.
G Return date (DD/MM/YYYY) The date you wish to return. Must be in “DD/MM/YYYY” format and must be a date in the future.
H Return time (00:00) The time you wish to return. Must be in “HH:MM” format.
I First name Your first name.
J Last name Your last name
K Organisation The name of your school or company.
L Email Your email address. Please ensure this is a valid email address.
M Telephone Your telephone number.
