Grey’s of Ely Win Best of British Web Competition

This Google sponsored competition is a drive by the search engine company to get more small to medium size businesses on-line. Our web-site was deemed to be the best in its category nationally!

We were chosen out of 700 applicants, the judging was managed as a two-stage process with two different judging panels.

First stage
The first judging panel was responsible for short-listing entries in each category. Each website was reviewed by two people which was marked with a maximum of 50 points, taking into account competition criteria. Marks were totalled and entries ranked in order of merit per category
