Arrival procedures
Heathrow Airport: proceed through arrivals / security and proceed to your terminals ‘Private Coach‘ collection bays. If you coach is not present, at this time, then it will be awaiting its release permit, issued by Heathrow Airport Security. Please do not worry your vehicle will be with you as soon as a permit is issued. (If you wish to help get a permit issued quicker please speak to the Heathrow’s ”Coach Marshall”, who will be present in the collection bay area).
